The recruitment process is divided into three parts. In the first phase of the recruitment, a written test of 200 marks is to be held. Aspirants who will manage to get the cut-off marks decided by the selection board will be called for the next phase. In the second stage of the recruitment process, a computer proficiency test of 100 marks is to be conducted. The final step is document verification.

An OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet-based test will be held on 24 April 2022. The exam is conducted by the Gujarat Board of Education and is open to most students looking to obtain an education in the Gujarati language. Candidates are tested on their proficiency in the English language as well, along with Computer Knowledge and Grammar. The exam contains 200 questions for those taking it at school level, however there is also a different competition for both individuals participating in the 10+2 exams. We have compiled some important information regarding this upcoming examination within this article.

  • The total number of questions will be 200.
  • All the questions will be in MCQ format.
  • Each right answer will be rewarded as one mark.
  • If a candidate chooses the wrong option 0.25 marks will be deducted.
  • The duration of the written test will be 02 hours.

Aspirants who have applied for the Bin Clerk post should check out the Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board website to download their admit card as soon as possible. This is because when every aspirant downloads his/her own application form, none of these printed copies will be posted out to you. In case you find any discrepancies or changes that need making on your admit card such as the incorrect spelling of your name or your DOB (i.e. if it is different from what has been submitted in your form) can contact the officials responsible for this recruitment process to try and address these issues for both convenience and accuracy purposes.
