As per the notification, the examination will be conducted very soon by the respected department. This post is a district-based post. so The candidates who applied for more than one district, the last applied district will considered only.
more the department will take consent form for this examination. so those candidates who are willing to give this exam will have to fill out the “consent form”. The consent form will be available on the OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in from 24/07/2023 to 07/08/2023. for the Consent form candidates have to visit the official website of OJAS then in Other Application Menu, the candidate has to log in with his confirmation number and date of birth. Candidates need to fill out the Consent Form between 24.07.2023 at 11.00 am to 07.08.2023 at 11.00 am. and after the Last date: 07/08/2023 at 11.00 am any candidate will not be able to fill out the consent form to take the exam.
Candidates who submit Advertisement No.: FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class-III “Consent Form to Take Examination” online at OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in can only generate call letters for the examination, so after the submission of the consent form a receipt will be generated for submitting the consent form, which the candidate should take a print out and keep with him.
Candidate has to keep the code to download Call Letter. Without the code, the candidate will not be able to download the Call Letter for admission to the exam, which candidates should take special note of.
Candidates who do not fill out this consent form within the stipulated time will automatically cancel the online applications made under advertisement number: FOREST/202223/1 Forest Guard Class-III. And such candidates will also not be able to download their call letter for the upcoming competitive examination of Forest Guard Class-III Advertisement No: FOREST/202223/1 and will not be able to sit for the examination and any representations in this regard will not be entertained by the account later on.
Advertising No:- Forest/202223/1 Under the Forest Given Class-1, if a candidate is found to be filled by different consent forms of different confirmation numbers, the candidate will be disqualified for competitive exams of all recruitment institutes of Gujarat state.
Advertisement No.:- FOREST/202223/1 Consent form for the forthcoming examination of Forest Guard Class-III can be filled out online only on the OJAS website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in. Consent form by any other means will not be accepted by the account.
