GATE 2026 Notification is out, and we’re excited to walk through everything straight from the official information brochure released by IIT Guwahati. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) across India on 7, 8, 14, and 15 February 2026. Online registration opens on 25 August 2025 and closes on 25 September 2025 (regular period), with an extended window till 06 October 2025 with late fee. A total of 30 test papers will be offered, including a new sectional paper on Energy Science (XE-I) under Engineering Sciences. Results will be announced on 19 March 2026, and scorecards will be available for free download from 27 March 2026 to 31 May 2026.
