Name of Position: Team Leader (Sr. Manager)

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand (Willingness to travel as per project requirement)
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech with MBA / PGDBM (Energy/ Power Management)/ M. Tech Full-time course only
Experience & Skills required: Minimum 10 years of experience in Solar Consulting / Renewable Energy & Policy Advisory which will provide invaluable expertise and consultation in the fields of renewable energy and policy advisory
Required Knowledge & Skill:
  • The Team Leader will be in charge of the services delivered by the Project Management Unit (PMU).
  • Should have Project led at least Three (3) RE projects which include RE project for Nodal Agency/CPSU/PSU.
  • Experience of working in rooftop, ground-mounted solar PV projects/Rooftop/Solar Park, and other renewable energy projects.
  • Experience with MNRE schemes like PM-KUSUM, BESS & preparation of Financial Models are preferable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Solar Policies/RE Policies of various states and relevant Policies and schemes of central Govt regarding Policy Analysis and Regulatory work.
  • Good knowledge of RE Policies of various states and central, recent trends on storage solutions.
  • Good knowledge of RPO compliances and other relevant trends related to renewable energy markets.
  • To work with clients on an assigned project to identify solutions to business problems and streamline processes.
  • Experience includes policy formation, regulatory aspects, commercial due diligence, bid process management, growth-market entry strategy, business plan, process improvement, electricity tariff determination, power procurement, rural electrification, renewable energy, smart gird, etc.
  • Manage project communication and documentation in English & Hindi Language
  • Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations related to project
  • Can able to prepare Detail Project Report, Feasibility Report including Financial Model for Solar Plant and Parks
