ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ, ગાંધીનગર જા.ક્ર:૧૨/૨૦૨૧-૨૨ જુનીયર કલાર્ક(વહીવટ/હિસાબ) સંવર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટેની સુચના
- ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ દ્વારા જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક:૧૨/૨૦૨૧-૨૨ જુનીયર કલાર્ક(વહીવટ/હિસાબ) સંવર્ગની સ્પર્ધાત્મક લેખિત પરીક્ષા તા.૦૯/૦૪/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ નિયત કરાયેલ કેન્દ્રો ખાતે યોજાનાર છે.
- સદર સ્પર્ધાત્મક લેખિત પરીક્ષાના કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટેની તારીખો મંડળ ધ્વારા હવે પછી જાહેર કરવામાં આવનાર છે. પરંતુ ટેકનીકલ ખામીને કારણે જુનીયર કલાર્ક (વહીવટ/હિસાબ) ની અગાઉની પરીક્ષાના કોલલેટર બ્રાઉઝરમાં જુની લીંક ઉપરથી અમુક ઉમેદવારોએ ડાઉનલોડ કરેલ હોવાની બાબત મંડળના ધ્યાનમાં આવેલ છે.
- જેથી મંડળ દ્વારા સ્પષ્ટતાં કરવામાં આવે છે કે નિયત તારીખ પહેલા બ્રાઉઝરમાં જુની લીંક ઉપરથી જે ઉમેદવારોએ કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરેલ છે, તે તમામ કોલલેટર તા.૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ની પરીક્ષા માટે માન્ય ગણાશે નહિ, જેની સંબંધિત ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી.
- મંડળ દ્વારા તા.૦૯-૦૪-૨૦૨૩ની પરીક્ષા માટેના કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની તારીખ નિયત થયેથી તે તારીખ દરમિયાન જ પોતાનો કોલલેટર ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે, જેની પણ તમામ ઉમેદવારોએ નોંધ લેવી.
સદર સ્પર્ધાત્મક લેખિત પરીક્ષામાં ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીના પંચાયત, ગ્રામ ગૃહ નિર્માણ અને ગ્રામ વિકાસ વિભાગના તા.૨૨-૭-૨૦૨૧ જાહેરનામા ક્રમાંકઃ કેપી/૨૦/૨૦૨૧/પીઆરઆર/૧૦/૨૦૧૪/૧૦૬ ખ થી બહાર પાડેલ ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા (વર્ગ-૩) ભરતી (પરીક્ષા) નિયમો, ૨૦૨૧ ની જોગવાઇ મુજબ ફકત -૧ (એક) લેખિત પ્રશ્નપત્ર(હેતુલક્ષી) નીચે મુજબ રહેશે:-

૨૦.૪ આ સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષામાં ઉપર દર્શાવ્યા મુજબના વિષયોને આવરી લેતા હેતુલક્ષી પ્રશ્નોનું ઉત્તરપત્ર
ઓ.એમ.આર. (ઓપ્ટીકલ માર્કસ રીડીંગ) પધ્ધતિ સ્વરુપનું રહેશે.
૨૦.૫ ઓ.એમ.આર માં ઉમેદવારે દર્શાવેલ પ્રત્યેક સાચા જવાબદીઠ ૧ (એક) ગુણ મળવાપાત્ર થશે. મંડળ ધ્વારા ગુણાંકન પધ્ધતિમાં માઇનસ પધ્ધતિ દાખલ કરવામાં આવી છે. જે મુજબ –
(1) પ્રત્યેક ખોટા જવાબદીઠ (-0.૩૩)( માઇનસ ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ તેત્રીસ ) ગુણ કાપવામાં આવશે.
(ii) પ્રત્યેક ખાલી છોડેલ જવાબદીઠ (-0.૩૩)( માઇનસ ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ તેત્રીસ) ગુણ કાપવામાં આવશે.
(iii) એક કરતા વધુ વિકલ્પો દર્શાવેલ હોય કે છેકછાક કરેલ હોય તેવા પ્રત્યેક જવાબદીઠ (-૦.૩૩)( માઇનસ ઝીરો પોઇન્ટ તેત્રીસ) ગુણ કાપવામાં આવશે.
(iv) દરેક પ્રશ્નના જવાબોમાં એક વિકલ્પ “E” [“Not Attempted”] રહેશે. ઉમેદવાર કોઇ પ્રશ્નનો જવાબ આપવા ના ઇચ્છતા હોય તો, આ વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરી શકશે અને * Not Attempted” વિકલ્પ પસંદ કરવાના કિસ્સામાં નેગેટીવ માર્કિંગ લાગુ પડશે નહી. આમ ઉમેદવારે સાચા જવાબ ધ્વારા મેળવેલ કુલ ગુણમાંથી ઉપર દર્શાવેલ (i),(ii),(iii) મુજબ બાદ(માઇનસ) થતા કુલ ગુણ બાદ કરવાથી મળતા ગુણ, ઉમેદવારને પ્રાપ્ત થતા ગુણ માન્ય ઠરશે.
