The Office of the Director General Assam Rifles, Shillong, has published an official employment advertisement inviting applications for enrolment into the force under the Compassionate Ground Appointment Scheme 2026. This special recruitment drive is strictly applicable only to the eligible dependent family members of Assam Rifles personnel who were killed in action, died while in service, were discharged from service on medical grounds, or went missing while in service. Eligible candidates from across the country can submit their applications either offline or through email.
