Process After Provisional Shortlisting
The provisional shortlisting is subject to candidates successfully clearing several subsequent stages. These include:
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): All candidates must appear for the LPT, which is of a qualifying nature. Only those who qualify will be considered for appointment.

- Appropriate NOC/Release Certificate as provided in Appendix – XIII of the advertisement.

- EWS Certificate in the prescribed format.
- For Staff Candidates:
- Documents along with a letter from their respective Administration Section (HRMD) confirming eligibility and status of any pending Vigilance and Discipline cases.
- For Age Relaxation Benefit:
- The relevant certificate must be submitted.

Candidates are required to take a printout of the relevant proformae, duly complete them, and send them along with copies of all mentioned certificates.
