🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As on 01/02/2026)

1. Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the aggregate.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing on PC is essential.
  • Candidates must know how to read, write, speak, and understand the language of the state/recruiting office they are applying for.

2. Age Limit

  • Age Range: 20 to 28 Years.
  • Birth Date Range: Born not earlier than 02/02/1998 and not later than 01/02/2006 (both days inclusive).
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (Gen/EWS), and others as per rules.

💰 Salary & Application Fee

  • Salary: The initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹ 58,514/- (including House Rent Allowance). The basic pay is ₹ 29,000/- per month.
  • Application Fee:
    • SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹ 50/- (Intimation Charges)
    • Gen/OBC/EWS: ₹ 450/- (Examination Fee + Intimation Charges)
    • Staff Candidates: Exempted.

📝 Exam Pattern

Phase I: Preliminary Examination (100 Marks)

  • English Language: 30 Questions (30 Marks) – 20 Minutes
  • Numerical Ability: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 Minutes
  • Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions (35 Marks) – 20 Minutes
  • Total: 100 Questions, 60 Minutes.

Phase II: Main Examination (200 Marks)

  • Subjects: Test of Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge.
  • Structure: 40 Questions per section (Total 200 Questions).
  • Duration: 135 Minutes (Sectional timing applies).

Note: There will be negative marking of 1/4th marks for wrong answers in both Prelims and Mains.
