1. Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree obtained from any recognized University established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India.

Paper-2: Skill Test (Shorthand and Transcription Typing)
- Total Marks: 100
- Dictation of 2 paragraphs of 4 minutes each (Total 8 minutes) at a speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand.
- Transcription time on Computer: 50 minutes.
- Evaluation: 1 mark will be deducted for every 3 mistakes.
