Educational Qualification

For Research Associate

• Post-Graduation in Agrometeorology.

For Agromet Observer

• 12th Pass in Science stream with basic computer knowledge.

Salary Details

• Research Associate: ₹61,000/- per month (Fixed) + HRA

• Agromet Observer: ₹21,700/- per month (Fixed) + HRA

Age Limit

• Research Associate: Maximum 40 years for male candidates and 45 years for female candidates.

• Agromet Observer: Maximum 40 years for male candidates and 45 years for female candidates.

• The appointment will automatically terminate either on completion of 11 months or on termination of the project, whichever comes earlier.

• The selected candidates will not have any right to claim any permanent position at SDAU after completion of the project period.

• If the candidate’s performance is unsatisfactory or if misconduct is observed, the services can be terminated without prior notice.

• Candidates already employed in government services must apply through the proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• In the event of resignation before contract expiry, one month’s notice period or salary in lieu is mandatory.

• The university reserves the right to verify the submitted documents at any stage.

• Any mistake found at any stage may lead to cancellation of the appointment.
