โฅ The candidate must be proficient in Gujarati and/or Hindi.

Nationality:
โฅ The candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Tanzania.
โฅ For persons in categories (b) to (ch), a certificate of eligibility from the Government of Gujarat is required.
โฅ The candidate must be domicile of Gujarat state.

Submission of Online Application:

โฅ If there is a discrepancy during documents verification, the candidate will be disqualified immediately.

Application Fee:
โฅ The application fee must be paid online through net banking.
โฅ After making the payment, the candidate must keep the application number and transaction ID safely.
โฅ The application fee will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Photograph:
โฅ The candidate must keep additional copies of the photo uploaded in the online form, as it will be required during subsequent phases of the recruitment process.

Qualification Validation:
โฅ Educational qualifications and experience will be considered as of the last submission date of online application.

โฅ Experience must be supported by proper certificates (including period of service and duties performed), not just an appointment letter.
โฅ Experience will be recognized only if proper documents, pay scale, and promotions are presented.

Category:
โฅ The candidate’s category at the time of application submission will be treated as final and cannot be changed afterwards.

Mobile Number:
โฅ The candidate must submit a working mobile number, which will be used for future communication.
โฅ The RMC is not liable if messages are not delivered due to invalid phone number.
๐น Important Guidelines
โฅ The candidate must self-fund their expenses for exams/interviews.
โฅ The final decision on selections and criteria will be made by the Municipal Commissioner, Rajkot.
โฅ The appointing authority may cancel or withdraw the advertisement at any time if necessary.
โฅ Providing false information at any stage of the process will lead to disqualification and legal action if required.
โฅ The Municipal Commissionerโs decision will be final and binding.
โฅ The final selection will be made according to merit and policy decided by the authorities.
โฅ If more applications are received than expected, a written/online test or interview may be conducted to shortlist the candidates.
โฅ The candidate has no grounds to challenge this procedure.
