મંડળ દ્વારા તાંત્રિક સંવર્ગની પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક: ૨૧૭/૨૦૨૩૨૪, વર્ક આસીસ્ટન્ટ (નર્મદા, જળસંપત્તિ, પાણી પુરવઠા અને કલ્પસર વિભાગ), વર્ગ-૩ સંવર્ગની તા.૧૦/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ યોજવામાં આવેલ MCQ-CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test) પરીક્ષામાં ઉમેદવારોએ મેળવેલ ગુણના મેરીટ્સ આધારે પસંદગી/પ્રતિક્ષા યાદી તૈયાર કરવા માટેના સંભવિત ઉમેદવારોના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી માટેની યાદી તા.૨૧/૦૮/૨૦૨૪ અને તા.૨૫/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ના રોજ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. આ સંવર્ગની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા સામે નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટમાં અનુસૂચિત જાતિના મહિલા ઉમેદવાર પીટીશનરે કરેલ પીટીશન SCA No. 7236/2024 માં નામ. હાઇકોર્ટના તા.૨૩/૧૦/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ અનુસૂચિત જાતિની મહિલાની ૦૧(એક) જગ્યા ખાલી રાખવા માટે નીચે મુજબનો ઓરલ ઓર્ડર કરેલ છે.
