Educational Qualification:
- (૧) માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીની કાયદાના સ્નાતકની ડિગ્રી (LL,B,) (૨) વકીલાતની કામગીરીનો લઘુતમ પાંચ વર્ષનો અનુભવ તે પૈકી નામ. હાઈકોર્ટમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો ૩ વર્ષની વકીલાતનો અનુભવ અથવા સરકારી વિભાગો/વિભાગીય કચેરીઓમાં સરકાર વતી નામ. સુપ્રીમોર્ટ/હાઇોર્ટ કેસમાં બચાવની કામગીરીનો ૩ વર્ષનો અનુભવ. (3) CCC+ કક્ષાનું કમ્પ્યૂટરનું જ્ઞાન ૩

(૧) ગુજરાતી અને અંગ્રેજી ભાષા પરનું પ્રભુત્વ ઇચ્છનીય છે.
(ર) બાર કાઉન્સીલ ઓફ ગુજરાત તથા બાર કાઉન્સીલ ઓફ ઇન્ડીયામાં Enrolment ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.
(૩) અરજી પત્રક સાથે “ઉપસચિવ, શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગર”ના નામનો રૂ।. ૧૦૦{-નો Demand Draft મોકલવાનો રહેશે.
(૪) સંપૂર્ણ વિગતો સાથે ભરાયેલ અરજી પત્રક જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રોની નકલ સાથે જાહેરાત પ્રસિદ્ધ થયા તારીખથી દિન-૧૦ સુધીમાં મળે તે રીતે નાયબ સચિવશ્રી (મહેકમ), શિક્ષણ વિભાગ, બ્લોક નં. ૫/૭મો માળ, સચિવાલય, ગાંધીનગરના નામે મોકલી આપવાનું રહેશે. મુદત વિત્યા બાદ મળેલ અરજી ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં.
(૫) અરજીપત્રક, જાહેરાત અંગે વિગતવાર માહિતી તથા કાયદા સલાહકારની જગ્યાની બોલીઓ/શરતો અને કામગીરી શિક્ષણ વિભાગની વેબસાઈટ https://gujarat-education.gov.in પર મુકવામાં આવેલ છે.
