TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF THE CEO, CGM, DGM (IT),AGM (IT)
1. Candidates must ensure that their personal Email ID and mobile number remain active.
2. The Bank will send interview call letters to the registered Email ID only.
3. Mere eligibility does not confer any right for being called for an interview. The Bank’s
decision on selection will be final.
4. If any misinformation or discrepancies are found at any stage of recruitment, the
candidate’s candidature will be cancelled.
5. If any shortcomings are detected even after appointment, the services of the candidate
are liable to be terminated.
6. Eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview at their own expense.
7. The Bank’s decision in all matters relating to recruitment will be final and binding.
8. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to them being declared medically fit as
per the bank’s requirements.
9. Such appointments will also be on a 3-year contractual basis, renewable annually at the
Board’s discretion.
