Educational Qualification:
- જરૂરી લાયકાતઃ (ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની છેલ્લી તા. ૧૯/૦૨/૨૦૨૪ ના રોજ)
(૧) ઉમેદવારે સરકાર માન્ય બોર્ડમાંથી 10 મું ધોરણ (SSCE) પાસ કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ.
(૨) ઉમેદવારને ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષાનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઇએ.
(૩) ઉમેદવાર રસોઈ કામનો જાણકાર હોવો જોઈએ જેમ કે – (ક) ઉમેદવારને રસોઈના વિવિધ સાધનો જેવા કે ચિમની, ઇન્ડક્શન, ઓવન, માઈક્રોવેવ, ગ્રિલ્સ, ટોસ્ટર્સ, ફ્રાયર્સ, સ્ટીમર્સ, કિટલી, ફૂડ-પ્રોસેસર્સ, રેફ્રિજરેટર્સ વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ કરતા આવડતું હોવું જોઇએ.
(ખ) ઉમેદવારને રસોઇમાં વપરાતા વિવિધ પ્રકારના મસાલાઓ (Spices and Herbs)ની જાણકારી તેમજ તેના યોગ્ય ઉપયોગ અંગેનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઇએ. (ગ) તમામ પ્રકારની રસોઈ (Multi cuisine)નું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ સાથે જ ગુજરાતી, પંજાબી, સાઉથ ઈન્ડીયન, શાકાહારી અને માંસાહારી (Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian), ચાઈનીઝ, કોન્ટિનેન્ટલ, ઇટાલીયન વગેરેનું અને તમામ પ્રકારના ફાસ્ટ ફુડ બનાવવાનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઈએ. (ઘ) વધુ વ્યક્તિઓ માટે રસોઇ બનાવવાના સંજોગોમાં રસોઈનો સ્વાદ, સજાવટ તેમજ સ્વચ્છતા જળવાઈ રહે તે રીતે સપ્રમાણમાં(બગાડ થયા વગર) રસોઈ બનાવતા આવડવું જોઈએ. (ચ) ઉમેદવારને રસોઈ બનાવવા ઉપરાંત તેને પિરસતી વખતે જરૂરી ગોઠવણી / સજાવટ અને પ્રસ્તુતી (Plating and Presentation) અંગેનું જ્ઞાન હોવું જોઇએ. - Please read the Official Notification for Educational Qualification details.
- ઉમેદવાર પાસે કેન્દ્ર સરકાર/રાજ્ય સરકાર/કોઈ પણ કોર્પોરેટ સંસ્થા/ સશસ્ત્ર દળો (Armed Forces) અથવા કોઈ પણ સરકારી ઉપક્રમ (Government Undertaking)માં રસોઈયા તરીકેનો ઓછામાં ઓછો ૦૨ વર્ષનો અનુભવ (work experience) હોવો જરૂરી છે.
- General Candidates: Candidates have to pay Rs. 600/- + Banking Charges
- Others: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- + Banking Charges

- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years
