Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in a discipline with marks in all semesters/years.
- Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing & Finance) or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institution in India. OR Minimum 6 years of experience in Relationship/Credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any Bank/ NBFC/Financial Institutions in India.

Age Limit:
- Minimum: 28
- Maximum: 37
Application Fees:
- Rs.600/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for General, EWS & OBC candidates
- Rs.100/- + Applicable Taxes + Payment Gateway Charges for SC, ST, PWD & Women
- The candidate is required to pay the non-refundable application fee/Intimation charges irrespective of whether the online test is conducted or not and even if the candidate is shortlisted or not for the interview.
Scale of Pay:
- MMG/S-III: Rs. 63840 x 1990 (5) – 73790 x 2220 (2) – 78230
- Emoluments: At present, monthly CTC at the initial level for MMG/S-III including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all perks and benefits like quarters facility, in lieu of HRA, for Officers; Conveyance; Medical Aid; LTC; etc., admissible as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time is approximately R 2.14 lacs per month (as amended from time to time), respectively in Mumbai. Allowances may vary depending on the place of posting.
Selection Procedure:
- The selection process may comprise an online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by a Group Discussion and/or Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test.
- However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then the Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. The bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting Multiple Choice/Descriptive/ Psychometric Tests / Group Discussions/Interviews or any other selection/shortlisting methodologies for the above position.
- Bank reserves the right to consider the candidature of the candidate to any position other than for which he/she has applied, subject to the condition that the candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria prescribed for the position for which the candidate is considered.
- The bank reserves the right to combine two or more similar position/s as one position if necessitated.
