ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીના આરોગ્ય અને પરિવાર કલ્યાણ વિભાગ દ્વારા શહેરી આરોગ્ય સેવાનું માળખું સુવ્યવસ્થિત કરવા માટે રાજકોટ મહાનગરપાલિકાને ફાળે આવેલ U-PHC (શહેરી પ્રાથમિક આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્ર)ની નીચે જણાવ્યા મુજબ તદ્દન હંગામી ધોરણે ફિક્સ પગારથી સરકારશ્રીની ૧૦૦ % ગ્રાન્ટ આધારિત જગ્યાઓ અર્બન હેલ્થ પ્રોજેક્ટ સેલ માટે ભરવા કેટેગરી વાઈઝ ઉમેદવારો પાસેથી ઓનલાઇન અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે. આ માટે ઉમેદવારે www.rmc.gov.in પર તા.૧૭/૦૧/૨૦૨૩ થી તા.૦૬/૦૨/૨૦૨૩(૨૩.૫૯ કલાક) સુધીમાં લોગીન કરી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

એચ.એસ.સી. પરીક્ષા પાસ અને સરકાર માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી મલ્ટી પર્પઝ હેલ્થ વર્કરનો એક વર્ષનો કોર્ષ પાસ કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ. અથવા – સરકાર માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી સેનેટરી ઇન્સ્પેક્ટર હેલ્થ સેનેટરી ઇન્સ્પેકટરનો કોર્ષ પાસ કરેલ હોવો જોઈએ. અને ગુજરાત સિવિલ સર્વિસીઝ ક્લાસીફીકેશન એન્ડ રિક્રૂટમેન્ટ(જનરલ) રૂલ્સ-૧૯૬૭ માં દર્શાવેલ અને વખતો-વખતના સુધારા મુજબનું કોમ્પ્યુટર એપ્લીકેશનનું બેઝિક જ્ઞાન ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ અને ગુજરાતી અથવા હીન્દી અથવા બન્નેનું જ્ઞાન ધરાવતાં હોવા જોઈએ.

- પ્રથમ પાંચ વર્ષ માટે માસિક ફિક્સ પગાર રૂ.૧૯,૯૫૦/- ત્યારબાદ પાંચ વર્ષની સેવાઓ સંતોષકારક રીતે જણાયે સાતમા પગારપંચ મુજબ પે મેટ્રીક્સ લેવલ-૨ સ્કેલ ૧૯૯૦૦-૬૩૨૦૦ માં સમાવવા અંગે વિચારણા કરવામાં આવશે.
