Eligibility Criteria of GSECL Recruitment:
- General Manager (Mines):
- Qualification: BE (Mining) from a Recognized university/Institute of UGC/AICTE and first-class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Coal) from DGMS.
- Experience: 20 Years of post-qualification experience in managing/Operating coal mines of which not less than 02 years should be in the position of Addl. General Manager/Dy. General Manager/ Chief Manager or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years experience as first-class Mines Manager in a mechanized open cast coal mine having a capacity of 3.0 MTPA with experience in coal mines planning, development, and operation of a mechanized open cast coal mine, having up to the date knowledge of rules and regulations and experience in dealing with regulatory authorities on operational and statutory compliances.
- Age Limit: Above 50 years but not more than 55 years on the date of advertisement i.e.04.11.2022
- Pay Scale: 148800-209500 and allowance as applicable
- Dy. General Manager (Mines):
- Qualification: BE (Mining) and first-class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Coal) from DGMS
- Experience: 15 Years of post-qualification experience Managing/Operating coal mines of which a minimum of 10 years experience as a first-class Mines Manager in Mechanized open cast coal mines having a capacity of 3.0 MTPA with Experience in coal mine planning, development, and operation of Mechanized open cast coal mine, having up to date knowledge of rules and regulations and experience in dealing with regulatory authorities on operational and statutory compliance
- Age Limit: Above 40 years but not more than 50 years as of the date of advertisement i.e.04.11.2022.
- Pay Scale: Rs.110100-187700 and allowance as applicable
- Manager (Mines): 04
- Qualification: BE (Mining) and first-class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency (Coal) from DGMS
- Experience: At least 05 years post-qualification experience working in open-cast coal Mines with knowledge of coal mine planning and operation of mechanized open-cast coal mines along with up-to-the-date knowledge of mining rules and regulations
- Age Limit: Not more than 45 years as of the date of advertisement 04.11.2022
- Pay Scale: Rs. 55600-110100 and allowance as applicable
