Posts: Chairperson of Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum [CGRF], Head Quarter at Valsad

Educational Qualification: 

• As per cl. 2.6 (1) of GERC (CGRF and Ombudsman)
  Regulations, 2/2019, the Chairperson of the Forum shall be a
  retired district judge/a retired senior judicial officer or a
  retired civil servant not below the rank of Collector or a
  retired electrical engineer not below the rank of
  Superintending Engineer or Equivalent and having at least
  twenty (20) Years of experience, with adequate knowledge
  of the power sector. Experience related to consumer affairs will
  be preferred.
  Provided that the Chairperson shall preferably have a working
  knowledge of the vernacular language of the State of
  Gujarat. Having at least 20 (Twenty) years of experience with
  adequate knowledge of the power Sector and Experience related
  to consumer affairs will be preferable. Please read Official Notification for Educational Qualification details.

Selection Process: 

• Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
