✅ Must be a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who settled in India before 01.01.1962.
✅ Persons of Indian origin from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries are eligible with a Government of India eligibility certificate.
