Joint CSIR-UGC NET JUNE-2024 – Educational Qualification:ย

Education Qualification: General/ Unreserved/ General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masterโs Degree or equivalent examination from recognized universities/ institutions are eligible for CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Examination.
The Other Backward Classes (OBC) belonging to Non-Creamy Layer/Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST)/ Persons with Disability (PwD)/ Third gender category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Masterโs degree or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for CSIR UGC NET June 2024 Examination.
The candidates appearing in the Masterโs degree final year are also eligible to apply.

Joint CSIR-UGC NET JUNE-2024 – Age Limit:ย
The age limit for the JRF is a maximum of 30 Years as of 1 June 2024. The age relaxation of 5 years will be given to the OBC-NCL, SC, ST, PwD, Third Gender categories and women candidates.
There is no age limit for the Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D.
