Job Details:
Posts: Jt. Manager/ Manager (Materials/Purchase)
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B. Tech (Mech/Elect) with GDMM or MBA in MM from a reputed institute with Dip. in Import, Please read Official Notification for Educational Qualification details.
Experience: Candidate should have min. 10 to 14 years of post-qualification experience in global & strategic procurement, vendor management with minimum 5 years in import. He / She should have experience of sourcing in the international market and should be able to develop and foster relationships with suppliers while driving lower costs, superior performance and continuous improvement. Experience in inbound logistics is essential. The candidate is expected to be a confident negotiator with problem-solving skills and with the ability to generate ideas and solutions and a positive attitude in dealing with people. He / She should be able to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks. Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation is a must. He / She should also have excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience of working in SAP/SRM is a must. Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience of Chlor-Alkali and chemical/petrochemical industry.
